<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-c472faf7-7fff-3aec-6c0c-123eb43d5bb5">The property is professionally maintained and regularly treated, but as with most country properties, occasional bugs or outdoor critters may still appear from time to time, especially during warmer months.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-c472faf7-7fff-3aec-6c0c-123eb43d5bb5">We recommend guests bring appropriate outdoor footwear and insect spray if planning to spend extended time outdoors near the pond or wooded areas.</b></p>
