The beginning of the live horse season starts at Oaklawn Racetrack in January, culminating in the Arkansas Derby mid-April. The winner goes on to Belmont, the Kentucky Derby, &amp; Preakness. Or visit the Casino there all year round. There's close-by<br> indoor &amp; outdoor zip lines, horseback riding, crystal digging, activities on the lakes, rides &amp; concerts at Magic Springs Amusement &amp; the Water Park. There are the beautiful seasonal flower displays &amp; holiday lights at Garvan Gardens, Blues &amp; Jazz Fests, Bike Rallies, Corvette Weekend, free big band monthly concerts in Whittington Park, monthly Gallery Walks, on &amp; on. <h3>Guest access</h3>

<p>There are four steps to either the front or side doors. Street parking on front side close to front door. Plenty of parking on the property in the back for trailers, with motion night lighting in a safe neighborhood. Motorcycles welcome.<br> You can enjoy hikes up &amp; around Hot Springs Mountain less than a mile out the front door.</p>

Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly.</h3>
